If you look, on average, at any dustbin on campus, 50 percent of the contents in there, were not supposed to be in there.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program will educate students and engage them with activities. The students could also win prizes like reusable bags.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The office hopes to increase the rate of proper recycling and decrease the rate of contamination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Armour said the office does not have a backup plan if the contamination rate stays the same or increases.
