UNIVERSITY CITY, SHARJAH – The American University of Sharjah’s Office of Student Affairs on March 7 will start selling tickets to the March 10-11 Global Day performances as the annual campus event returns after two years lost to the pandemic.
Each day will feature cultural events, including a fashion show and a variety of club performances held in the Main Auditorium. Over 20 cultural clubs will be performing and vying for the title of “Best Cultural Club Dance Performance,” said Gouthami Pillai, president of the Indian Cultural Club.
Tickets, costing AED 30 each and on sale in the Student Center, are needed only to see the performances in the Main Auditorium, taking place from 7-8:30 p.m. each day.
Entry will be free to the stalls and kiosks set up by various cultural clubs and student organizations on the main campus plaza.
