UNIVERSITY CITY, SHARJAH – An accident at the American University of Sharjah’s main roundabout caused a Bee’ah golf cart to flip on its side Oct. 11.
A red car hit the Bee’ah cart at the exit to the roundabout, causing its own bumper to pop out of place.
Two police cars and two ambulances arrived at the scene, where paramedics tended to a man who appeared to be injured.
AUS security surrounded the scene and redirected student cars delayed on the roundabout.
A shaken man dressed in a Bee’ah uniform was speaking to security guards and Sharjah police.
