UNIVERSITY CITY, SHARJAH – The American University of Sharjah’s Alumni Association Office has organized multiple events and activities to prepare students for the job market.
On March 15, over 60 companies participated in the annual AUS Career Forum and Fair, in which top regional and global companies present students and alumni with a range of career and internship possibilities.
On April 26-27, the AAO will host a Job Search Preparation event meant to teach students how to prepare for jobs and internships. It will include workshops on CV writing, cover page writing and mock interviews.
Meera Shaheen, an AUS student, said “career fair was a great initiative by our university. I was able to get two job offers from it.”
