UNIVERSITY CITY, SHARJAH – The American University of Sharjah’s Writing Center has launched a workshop focused on mastering paragraph construction, announced the Writing Center Team Tuesday.
Its aim is to develop the paragraph writing skills of students. Tools and support will be provided at the workshop to guide students through organizing their thoughts into a strong paragraph structure.
According to the team’s email, many students across AUS have found it difficult to construct well-structured paragraphs throughout their academic journey. The writing center team has been dedicated to assisting students with improving this and other writing skills.
In the workshop students will explore “various components that make up a paragraph” and “how to logically sequence ideas for clarity and comprehension,” said the Writing Center Team.
