UNIVERSITY CITY, SHARJAH – New food trucks opened at the American University of Sharjah after the Student Center’s renovations this semester.
According to AUS student Abrar Abdullah, these new trucks made it easier to buy food on campus.
Located at Dubai Mall, Mlkcake by Gossip runs a campus food truck which offers a variety of food and desserts.
The Mamma Italia restaurant on Jumeriah Beach Road also runs a food truck at AUS. The stand serves Italian cultural-themed food and drink.
Media Communication student Youssef Abdelbakki finds the trucks convenient.
He said, “It is really a hustle leaving the university to get food, so I feel like it’s easy access to food.”
