UNIVERSITY CITY, SHARJAH – American University of Sharjah students can spend up to two semesters at more than 300 possible universities outside the UAE, staff from the International Exchange Office told participants during a two-day event at the Student Center.
Organizers said the Feb. 27-28 “Study Abroad Fair” was meant to advise students interested in exploring opportunities overseas.
IXO staff told those wanting to take summer courses abroad they must have completed at least one semester at AUS and be in good standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
Attendees received t-shirts, notebooks, chocolates, and bags.
