By Noor Al-Dajani

DUBAI – Al Seef is a destination that brings together the old and the new Dubai in the Heritage District.

Al Seef covers 1.8 km of Dubai Creek’s shoreline.

The 2.5-million square foot district contains two sections, a heritage space presenting old architecture and an area featuring more contemporary structures.

Al Seef is home to several cafes and restaurants such as Kava & Chai coffee house and Nablus restaurant.

Mohammed Al Dajani, a visitor at Al Seef, said that this is a suitable place for a casual family meal, especially in winter.

Al Fahidi historical neighborhood, which is pedestrian-friendly, offers cultural tours for visitors.

Yacht mooring in addition to water taxi and abra services are available at Al Seef.

Visitors are required to follow the COVID-19 precautionary measures and wear a mask at all times.

The district opens from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Sunday to Wednesday and from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. from Thursday to Saturday.
