Pollution is a problem that is increasing rapidly. Different types of pollution are caused by different things, but the main six types of pollution are Air, Water, Land, Noise, Nuclear and Light. Air pollution is caused by car exhaust, smoking, wildfires, and methane. Noise pollution is caused by animals, traffic, accidents, and music. The main causes of nuclear pollution are spillages, plant leaks, accidents, and disposal of waste. Light pollution is caused by skyglow, trespass, clutter, and glare. Human waste, trash, erosion, and mines are leading reasons for land pollution. Water is contaminated by oil spills, human waste, surface runoff and plastic.
