DUBAI – Two taxis collided at 8 a.m. on Al Qudra Street, affecting American University of Sharjah students’ Tuesday morning commute.
The accident occurred about 3 km from Emirates Road, causing area traffic to slowdown. The impact crushed the hood of one taxi and damaged the bumper of the other.
The two drivers involved stood outside the accident scene, arguing with exaggerated hand movements.
The rest of the cars on the road steered away to the lane on the right to avoid congestion.
