UNIVERSITY CITY — During the International Exchange Office’s annual Study Abroad Fair on Feb. 23-24, American University of Sharjah undergraduates learned how to apply to spend a term overseas next academic year.
Around 50 students attended the event on both days.
IXO peer advisors provided information about the various opportunities available for the exchange program.
The fair also assisted interested undergraduates with the application process.
Peer Advisor Douriya Djabri said that students could apply to the program through IXO bi-lateral partners or the International Student Exchange Program (ISEP).
She added that anyone interested in studying abroad should visit the IXO office in the Main Building for further assistance.
The fair was linked with the Study Abroad Workshop scheduled for Feb. 25.
Djabri said she hopes that “a lot of students would apply to the exchange program.”
