DUBAI – The American University of Sharjah was represented at “Creative Careers Day” at the Jameel Arts Center on Oct. 22, where students volunteered for and explored art-based booths.
Ten students were present at the AUS booth, representing the College of Architecture, Art and Design.
Each booth represented an artistic initiative that came from the emirates of Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Art enthusiasts attended the event and helped young adults explore creative career paths.
“The creativity flowed through the atmosphere,” said Alyazia Al Shamsi, an AUS mass communication student. Al Shamsi added that the environment of the event was very welcoming and inspiring.
“I loved seeing students from different backgrounds bond over art,” said Al Shamsi.
