UNIVERSITY CITY, SHARJAH—The Marketing, Operation, and Data Analytics Student Organization of the American University of Sharjah is organizing a trip to On Demand Open Object, an Enterprise Resource Planning software company in Dubai, on Friday.
The trip will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. It includes transportation and meals for the students.
ODOO uses ERP software to manage day-to-day activities, including operations, supply chain management, accounting, manufacturing, and other business applications.
It also offers students on the trip free two-year access to its database, internships, workshops on the ERP system, and a certificate for attendance.
All students are encouraged to attend, especially Information Systems and Analytics students who are interested in ERP, according to Amira El Domiaty, vice president of MODA.
El Domiaty said this trip would be a great opportunity for students to expand their network and gain more knowledge about ERP.
